Regular blood work would be one: assessing that regular blood work, seeing what could be off here that could cause underlying issues. And I’m talking about more upstream than downstream.
A lot of times, you go to a general practitioner, and you’ll see 16 blood markers to identify issues. There are more blood markers that can be assessed upstream that will lead to inflammation or issues downstream.
Think about this. Autoimmune, in general, is chronic inflammation. Anything I can do to blunt that level of inflammation will keep me stable.
