You just gotta deal with it. You gotta understand your limitations. And you can’t do everything like you used to.
You can get upset. You can cry, get mad, and I have, but you gotta deal with it. So getting upset — not going to do. You gotta understand your limitations.
Spread out what I have to do. If I have to get heavy things, break it down, you know? Carry as little as possible.
It’s where the weakness don’t kick in and you’re asking for help 24/7. People are going to help you regardless, but when you by yourself, break down what you gotta do.
