Well, for me, I just stopped expecting stuff out of myself in a progressive basis. Like, I know personally that if I do something in a day, I know the next day I’m going to be kind of wiped out.
So I stop expecting myself to do things every single day, and I give myself many vacations, and that’s what keeps me happy — is lowering my expectations of myself.
Really hard to do, but for me, it works.
