With my MG, I have bulbar symptom expression. So, like, the lower part of my jaw will get slack, and I have trouble eating. And it also affects my vocal cords. So there are days where I lose my voice. My husband jokes all the time that those are his favorite days.
So we joke about that, and I wholeheartedly embrace sloth mode. There are days where I am moving slower than a sloth. You know, I’ve got, you know, a cup right here that says “Follow your dreams.” Well, sometimes following your dreams is taking a nap. And I just go with it.
