Definitely diet and sports. We are always advised to take rest, and rest and rest — and rested muscles are not effective muscles.
I am kind of enraged because of that, because the fact that I rested for too long, it was very hard for me to start any kind of activity, and I even lost my ability to lift my bag, which is not something that is supposed to be caused by MG. It was because of that endless rest.
I don’t say that rest is not good, but maybe step by step. This is why I spoke about smart training — having a six-hour session instead of two.
Because we take breaks, we take the time to recharge and then get back to it. Or just try gentle stretching. It will help overall sensation and reduce pain and is also very good for our mental health.
