I think the biggest thing is to not be emotional. Be clear.
Like, “This is what’s happening to this part of my body.” Keep track of everything.
On what date, what happened? Did you do anything different? Did you eat something different? As much as you think it’s not making a difference, it does make a difference.
I even chart things. I’m a bit ridiculous, but I’ve just been through the mill with being dismissed. And also be firm. You have to be firm.
