    Sometimes self-care means doing what we don’t want to at the moment to benefit our future self.

    Surrounding yourself with a diverse wellness team involves choosing you and accepting help. Assistance and support may include your friends, family, neurologist, therapist, functional medicine provider, chiropractor, financial advisor, spiritual advisor, personal trainer, physical therapist, health coach, etc.
