Allistair Isaacs

Allistair is a Cape Town, South Africa, trail-running enthusiast whose life changed after being diagnosed with myasthenia gravis (MG) in 2022. After undergoing a thymectomy in 2023, he stepped back from work to focus on healing and learning his new limits. Today, he continues to navigate life with MG with resilience, drawing inspiration from the MG community and staying grounded in gratitude.
