So the single most impactful thing has been my husband, who brings me my medicine in bed and a little snack.
So that I can take my meds and a snack before I get out of bed so that the meds can start working so that my muscles are strongest when I need them in the morning.
So that’s a simple accommodation that we have made that helps keep my symptoms more manageable.
