For me, the specific warning signs that I look for is my weakness.
I can basically feel when my body is going into a state of where I’m weak. I have to sit down at that moment, or I have to call somebody.
I need to get to where I need to go at that moment. Also, in hindsight, with my eyes, that’s even more detrimental to the situation.
I can’t see. I will see two people.
That means just staying at home. So those are the warning signs for myself that I have to be aware of.
