I will admit that I am the type of person that tries to, like, thug it out.
You know, one of those things that has always bothered me is when I go to a doctor’s office and they’ll say, “Oh I wish you would have come in sooner, we would have been able to do X, Y, and Z.”
And so I’ve learned throughout the years to not wait so long because you know, when you start to feel something or when you start to feel symptomatic or if something doesn’t feel right, it really is true that the longer you wait, sometimes you can get to a point where you’ve caused so much damage that it’s hard to repair or reverse.
You know how they say, “The early bird gets the worm?” It’s always important for you to be that early bird. And if you’re having early signs or symptoms, that does not feel right, contact your provider immediately, because that way they can either stop it from progressing, or reverse it altogether.
