Never Give Up — Bob Kuppler
Bob lives in coastal North Carolina. Diagnosed with generalized myasthenia gravis in 2011, Bob tried to balance his work as a Lutheran parish pastor, but chose to retire, feeling unable to work at the level required. Since then Bob’s life goal has been to be “useful.”
He continues in part-time church work, and now hopes that his column will be helpful to the readers. Believing that knowledge is the key to understanding, Bob has extensively read about MG and desires to share his experiences so that patients and their care partners will have hope and encouragement while living with this rare disease.
