I have had two Ultomiris infusions.  I am not sure but there may be some improvement in my primary problem which is neck weakness (trouble holding my head up).  At my appointment today with my neurologist said that he agreed.  Based on his “measurement” of my neck strength this time compared to a month ago, it is somewhat stronger but still not up to normal.  I am also taking prednisone and Cellcept, which we plan to try to cut back.
