I came down with MG in 2019. I was lucky to be diagnosed and confirmed as gMG fairly quickly. My treatment has included five IVIg treatments, pyridostigmine (which didn’t seem to help), prednisone, and imuran which made me sick so we switched to Cellcept. I have had two VYVGARD infustions which didn’t seem to have any affect. We are trying to cut back on the prednisone so I am now taking 2.5 mg every other day. My main symptom at this time is leg weakness. My doctor thinks I may just be out of shape. I am not so sure.
