    Thanks Jodi,

Iโ€™m on my second set of four-weeks off of the vygart hytrulo and will start my third set of infusions March 4th. So far I am stable and we started cruising again with our last one on January 11th. All went well. I did catch the crud going around north Texas around Christmas and came through it alright.

Iโ€™m back to manual labor work around the house with no issues. I am taking more breaks, listening to my body while at the same building my body back up.

Iโ€™m very blessed but also know not to take anything for granted.

I am very blessed to have an outstanding care team that include my PCP, Ophthalmologist, Neurologist and Infusion Center folks.

Iโ€™ll be happy to get off the prednisone as the next step.

Though I am retired I am still active, working on house related projects (yard, pool, carpentry, etc,) and we cruise frequently and do community service through our local VA. I am back to doing those things again but doing them in a more self-aware manner. If I need to take a break I do and if I need to quit for the day I do. Iโ€™m not doing as much for as long. Just paying closer attention to the signs of my body.

    Hi Ron,

Thank you. It appears that I donโ€™t have thymoma. Iโ€™m glad that your wife did well after surgery and am sorry to hear about her recent esophageal cancer diagnosis and hope they are able to eradicate it with minimal impact. Prayers are with yโ€™all!

    Thanks Lynda,

I will always be self-aware with this disease and not take anything for granted. Of course I say this in a healthy positive air, not paranoia..

    Thanks Andy,

I do consider myself very lucky that it never moved from my mouth and eyes. Fortunately I never aspirated but came close. As you indicated, I cannot stress the importance of self awareness/meditation. I had my second infusion today and I am running at about 80% of my normal. So far all seems to be working as planned. Good continuing luck to you.

On the 20th I started the abdominal Vyvgart Hytrulo qvfc 180 mg-2000 units/mL 5.6 injections. Parallel to the Bromide and Prednisone. So far no side effects at all and increasing improvement mouth muscles. My eyes are totally clear and strengthened.
