    Do you have a practical and effective way(s) to handle stress during a typical day with MG?

     

    To manage stress with MG, try establishing a daily routine to enhance stability. Mindfulness and weekly therapy are my personal favorite methods to help reduce anxiety. Light activities like walking or yoga may improve your mood, and sharing experiences with others may feel like a release. Maintaining a balanced diet and engaging in enjoyable activities also can aid in relaxation during stressful moments. Remember, find what works best for you, as stress management is very personal.
