Hooded eyes are a common eyelid feature where excess skin folds over the crease, making the eyes appear smaller or less defined. While some people embrace their natural look, others seek treatments to enhance their appearance. Non-invasive options include makeup techniques, such as applying eyeshadow above the crease or using eyeliner to lift the eye. For more permanent results, individuals may opt for surgical solutions like blepharoplasty, which removes excess skin and tightens the eyelid area. Laser treatments and Botox injections are also alternatives that can improve the contour and create a more youthful, open-eyed appearance without surgery.

According to my neurologist and most lists of medications/treatments, Botox is to be avoided if one has MG. Therefore It’s not a recommended treatment for hooded eyes or other conditions.
