Heat is a real trigger for me — symptoms get noticeably worse in summer. How do you manage when temperatures rise?

I live in the south with heat AND humidity. If I need to do anything outside or run an errand, I try to do it early in the morning. Otherwise, I stay inside. My plans to have a garden went bust because I just cannot maintain it. The heat and humidity is truly intolerable for almost half the year.

Living in south Florida and the humidity is cranking up along with the heat. I don’t spend summers in south Florida though. We have a small place in NE Pennsylvania and spend our summers there. June- October. Much cooler especially at night. Hardly use the ac there. MG has pretty much taken over my life. At times I feel as if though my muscles are melting. Was just approved for Vyvgart Hytrulo and hope that it works out.

I’ve found that humidity can become dangerous quickly.
