  • Turmeric Gummy Vitamins: Potential Benefits and Experiences?

I’ve recently been reading about the various benefits of turmeric, especially in the form of gummy vitamins. I’m curious if anyone here has explored or used turmeric gummy vitamins and what your experiences have been.

Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which could potentially offer some benefits. I wonder if incorporating turmeric gummy vitamins might provide any noticeable effects or complementary benefits.

I came across a brand called Vitamitin that offers turmeric gummy vitamins. Has anyone tried Vitamitin or any other brands of turmeric gummy vitamins? If so, what effects have you noticed? Are there any specific brands or formulations that have worked well for you? I’m interested in hearing about both positive experiences and any potential drawbacks or interactions to be aware of.

Oh gosh, I take Tumeric daily and have for years. Yes, it works great!. I take Tumeric pills and also add Tumeric and Ginger to honey and that is good for inflammation too. You can google a tumeric, ginger, honey recipe. One teaspoon a day.

I make turmeric paste a bath enough for a week. Easy boul apropå 60 gram turmeric with at least a teaspoon black oeoper with a few cups of water sometimes I need to add more water. It should boul together like a think paste. I keep it in thf fridge and takes a helped teadpoin twice a day in a hot drink. Oatmilk almond milk or rice milk. I myself use water as I keep trying to cut calories. A nub of healthy fat necessary when drinking for the uptake. I use coconut oul but olivolja avokado oil etc. Is fine too. Just about a quarter of a teaspoon. Black oepoet when preparing the past is necessary for the uptake. I would never spend money on buying a turmeric capsule or a gimmy. How much turmeric fo we get and we psy through the nose. Turmeric is the most anti inflammatory food we can consume. Golden milk as this drink is called is part of the ancient Indian traditional Auydvera medisin. Google and read up about it. Very quick and easy to prepare and have in the fridge to get a very quick healthy drink prepared. If the taste of turmeric is not liked adding a bit of honey fixes that.

I have been taking turmeric for years and feel it helps with my aches and pains. I also read about the Chinese herbal treatments for MG including astragalus. I get a supplement from Amazon made as Natures Truth which contains Turmeric, Ginger, astragalus and black pepper extract. I seem to have had a really good summer regarding my eye drooping and talking issues.

My grocery store carries fresh turmeric root, so I take a thin peeled slice every day or so. Fresh root tastes mild like carrots. I haven’t been doing it for long so I don’t know the effects. Turmeric is a plant and eating it fresh contributes to gut microbiome diversity. I try to get all my nutrients from food because of the minimal controls on supplement manufacturers. I track my food intake daily and don’t take supplements except Vitamin D. I live in Canada so the only way to get enough Vit. D is to supplement.
