Nella George

Nella is a registered nurse, wife, and mom of two boys residing in North Carolina. Her husband, Ty, was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis in 2023. Nella’s goal is to raise awareness of the disease while highlighting the experiences of caregivers of people with myasthenia gravis; she hopes readers leave her column with more knowledge, empathy, and hope.
