David is a devoted father to his daughter, Mugisha Amarah, living in Kampala, Uganda. He and his wife, Nassaazi Sheilah, have stood firmly by their daughter’s side since her diagnosis of myasthenia gravis on March 21, 2024. They embrace each day with courage, hope, and unwavering care, and are committed to connecting with other families facing similar challenges.
