I’m a big fan of meditation and breathing.
I’m a singer, so I breathe very, very deeply. So when I feel stress or I feel that my muscles are getting weaker, or my speech — especially my breathing — I just calm myself, I sit. I breathe deeply in and out and meditate, if that’s possible.
And that helps. I also do something one day and then I rest for 2 or 3 days, four days afterwards.
So if there’s something coming up, I’m make sure that I’m resting a lot before that event.
