I’ve had MG since 2022. It started with my left that I couldn’t move along with double vision. I was admitted to the hospital because they thought I had a brain tumor. When that was cleared they sent a neurologist to confirm a diagnosis of MG. So far it only affects my left eye. I’m on Pyridostigm 60mg 4 times daily and one 180 er at bedtime. I also take 15mg prednisone per day and 50mg azathioprine once daily. My neurologist is going to try to get me off the prednisone in 2025. So far no double vision or other problems.
