Easier Activities for Those With MG
With MG, it can be hard to have a spontaneous outing or activity. Most things must be planned so we can avoid overexerting ourselves. Sometimes, there are certain activities that are easier than others.
Pre-COVID, what were some of the easy outings you could do? For example, I loved going to the movies because I didn’t have to walk around or expel much energy. What would you consider an “easy” outing for someone with MG? Why do you consider it easy?
