Most of the time, myasthenia gravis can be overwhelming. And whenever I get overwhelmed, I try to use distractions to take my mind off my troubles. One activity that has always helped me change my focus is reading.
What is something you do to help take your mind away from your MG troubles? What are some things that have or have not worked for you?
Totally agree about podcasts Craig! I was never a big audiobook/podcast person before, but I really started to like them once I gave them a chance. If you have any suggestions for podcasts, let us know!
Also, welcome to the forum! We are delighted to have you as part of our inclusive and judgment-free community of MG patients, caregivers, and families! Within the Myasthenia Gravis News Forums, we implement a safe space to share and discuss experiences, information, and news and offer guidance and support.
Feel free to contact me or Jodi with any further questions that may arise!
