I was initially diagnosed with seronegative gMG in 2012 but my first symptoms appeared in the early 1970’s. Despite aggressive treatment with Mestinon SR, CellCept, prednisone/Budesonide, Rituxan, IvIG, & plasmaphereisis, my disease continues to progress. After the antibody test for LRP-4 became available, I officially became triple seronegative. My current regimen includes the standard meds plus plasmaphereisis followed by IvIG. I do experience a short-lived abatement of symptoms.
I would love to hear from other seronegatives out there.
