52yo M, Ocular MG since 2011 – (7mg prednisone and 60-120mg pyridostigmine daily) went into spontaneous remission for 7 years after 6 months of severe ocular symptoms and dysarthria; relapsed in 2018 (10mg prednisone, 240mg pyridostigmine daily), remission after 6 months of dysarthria;  Recently (2020) developed gMG..Thymoma removed in Aug’22..after plasmapheresis – which gave total relief until start of Vyvgart infusions in Dec 2022. Currently experiencing a relapse 10 days after getting 3rd Vyvgart infusion..Was scheduled for 4 but my 1st infusion was cancelled as a result of high BP and never replaced somehow. Only 3 were administered on original RX and my neurologist decided to schedule me for monthly 1 infusion on a new Rx before I relapsed. Awaiting insurance approval for a new regimen of monthly infusions..
