Started experiencing MSG at age 73 when I received 2 treatments of Keytruda for bladder cancer.  Started with severe diarrhea, then pain in neck and severe fatigue.  On the way to ER my eyelids started drooping.  Went to eye specialist.  Myasthenia not diagnosed although nerve damage suspected.  Had quadruple heart surgery in May 2020 (unrelated).  Had foot drop (proobably unrelated) while hospitalized.  Also dipl0pia, eye drooping.  Neurologist suspected myesthenia,  Thymectus  removed during operation.  IVG treatment  given after treatment. Neurologist (2nd one) prescribed prednisone and pyridostigmine.  Symptoms disappeared after 0ne month.  Foot drop disappeared in Augut 2020.  Bladder cystectomy in October of 2020.  IVG given before operation. Bee sting on left cheek in August of 2021.  Two weeks after somewhat severe symptoms.  Some diplopia, although not as bad, eye drooping in right eye, then substantial difficulty chewing, then swallowing.  After 3 to 4 weeks, prescribed 40 grams prednisone and 60 grams pyridostigmine.  After 6 weeks symptoms are much better. I have decided on my own to take PQQ for about 1 week now. Maybe that makes a difference.  I have much more vitality. One thing I noticed is that when my symptoms were at its worst about 2 weeks ago I took  a pill of CBD and my symptoms completely disappeared after 4 to 5 hours.  However, I stopped taking them the next day and my symptoms reappeared.  Wondering whether  CBD would have been a good treatment if I would have continued taking it. Will be seeing my neurologist in about 2 weeks.  James.
