46 y/o female recently diagnosed with Myasthenia but symptomatic for many years.  My diagnosis came following incidental find of Thymoma. Last month I had Thymoma and thymus removed by sternotomy. Significant improvement so far especially with swallowing, depth perception, and overall fatigue.
