I was diagnosed by a neuromuscular ophthalmologist but the MG tests didn’t prove it. Then, it took two years to find a doctor that told me that I have SeroNegative Myasthenia Gravis and is setting up IVIG treatments. I’m not sure why more neurologists don’t find out more about it, instead of saying, “You don’t have MG, you have FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) and cannot explain that, either. Just disappointing that I had to go to Florida from Pennsylvania to get help. If I could change that, I surely would do so, for future patients that suffer.
