I have had MG for roughly 16 years. I am antibody positive. I am fortunate  to never had a crisis. I have responded positively to all treatment modalities. I had a thymectomy within 2 years of diagnosis.I have been on Cellcept for 15 years with no adverse affects. I was on IVIG monthly for about 4 years before transition to Soloris every 2 weeks for 4 years. I justt started Ultomiris this month. My symptoms varied from time to time. I had choking symptoms mostly. I episodes of not being able to talk. If I over done physical activities I would be exhausted for several days. Blurred vision at times
