I have had gMG for 15 years.  I was in remission for about 12 and the last few years I have had a couple of flares a year.  Usually they only affect my eyes and chewing, however, this last one affected my arms, hands, legs and chewing.  I am very weak.  Increased the prednisone to 60 mg, pyrostigmine to 480 and azathioprine to 50mg. Awaiting an infusion.
