I was diagnosed with MG 3 yrs ago. I am doing IVIG once monthly. Take mestinon 3x daily,steriods every day. I am having more weakness and speech problems in the last few months. I want tp try the rituximab to see if it can help. To those of you who have tried it does it really work better than
