2016 all the sx after a resp illness, in 2017 started diagnosis hell, given and taken several diagnosises that discounted the drooping face/eyelids, difficulty holding head up, breathing, swallowing.After 2 muscle biopsies, 5 neuros demanded mestinon which gave 25% improvement in PFT,walking, speaking, swallowing. Told triple sero neg, neg SFEMG and many diseases respond to mestinon which they will allow for “comfort”, was told will reconsider if I have a true MG crisis requiring vent instead of multiple times needed oxygen/bipap!!!
