I was diagnosed in January of 2019. I am one of those unicorn people who was diagnosed on my first visit of mild symptoms. My first year was great with very little disruptions to my routine other than a thymectomy. January of 2020, hit like a vengeance and I have been unable to work since March of 2020. I tried all of the usual treatments and am refractory. Luckily, I was able to get into a clinical trial for Vyvgart Hytrulo in September of 2021 and it has been a game changer for me. I’m still refractory (showing symptoms) but they are more controlled and I am able to leave the house or do small things around the house. I love seeing all of the articles and stories that others share.
