  Summer Foods and Recipes

  Where I live, the weather is hotter than normal. We are hitting 100 degrees F almost every day. And while I love to cook, the last thing I want to do is turn on the stove or oven in this weather.

  I’ve been trying to make and eat cooler recipes like sandwiches and salads. Cold potato salad is a big hit with my family.
