Food Prep Hack – a mandolin!
I have been trying to do more around the house the better I am feeling. This has led to me trying to help cook supper at least twice a week.
I have found the crock pot and the use of a mandolin slicer to be amazing “hacks” to help me do just this. I have a hard time holding a knife and cutting/prepping food due to hand weakness and the mandolin helps with this.
What are some food prep hacks that you’ve discovered that make cooking or meal prep easier for you?
