Anything new with DMSO?

DMSO, or dimethyl sulfoxide, is suggested by some studies on animals to possibly help reduce inflammation and modulate immune responses, which could benefit MG patients. However, there is a lack of comprehensive clinical studies supporting its use specifically for MG. While DMSO has some interesting properties, more research is needed to understand its role and effectiveness in MG treatment before it is approved for human patient use.
