• Meditation and Anxiety

    In my latest column, I discuss my experience with mediation to help calm my MG stress and anxiety. I found it weird at first, but it has become a tool I use when I become overwhelmed.

    What are your experiences with meditation? Did it help or not? Did you use apps or other guides to help learn how to meditate?
