I was diagnosed with Seronegative MG over 20 years ago.  I keep it under control with Prednisone (30mg daily for 20 years) 5mg for a few months in 2022, now 20mg), Imuran and  Mestinon.  I had one major flare up in 2019 and received IV/IG.
