Hi Jean. I have a niece that lives in Phillips! I am in Sun Prairie, just outside of Madison. I have the Congenital form of Myasthenia (CMS) and take a half of a Trazadone (50 mg) tablet for insomnia. My PCP rxed it (not nuero). Have been taking it for a while. Just received my 90 day supply from a mail order pharmacy. The manufacturer is Rising, which is different than the one they sent in the past. The previous one was Alvogen.
