Was do with seropositive MG in 2017. Initially started as ocular and the changed to general MG. Been receiving IVIG every 3 weeks since 2017. Also used Mestinon. Switched to Ultomiris January 2023. Working well. Not using mestinon and having infusions every 8 weeks. Big change. Very happy with results. No noticeable side effects.
