85yo male in otherwise good health.  Developed gMG with major symptoms 3 years ago.  Treatment with Mestinon, Privigen, and Ultomiris has greatly reduced symptoms and improved quality of life.  Diplopia disappeared about three months ago – now 20/20 with comfortable vision.
