First diagnosed around 2008 as a result of double vision and droopy eyelids and then increased to generalized MG.  Long story short after a month I was fine.  I stayed in remission until 2018, had a few symptoms, saw the neurologist and was supposed to return in 6 months.  I forgot appointment and forgot to get the scrip filled for mestonin because I was doing great.

Then along comes COVID!
