I was diagnosed 1.5 years ago with ocular MG when I suddenly had double vision so bad that a stop sign was two totally separate signs.

I take the 180 pyridostigmine 2x day and it works well. The last Rx they had to give me the 60s, which are a pain in the a**. I have to eat every time I take one or I’ll be sick. Plus it means I can’t take the medication for a different issue.
