Looking for Mestinon 180 ER
Posted by jeri on November 23, 2024 at 10:13 amI have been on 180 ER 2x daily since 2005 and did very well. For the past 6 months all of my pharmacy options have been out of the medication with no ETA for restock from the manufactures. Has anyone had any luck ordering this drug in brand or generic form? I tried the 60mg form and it doesn’t work for me. My symptoms have returned in full force. I am desperate for my meds.

My Walgreen’s had problems with a supplier, giving a six week wait which would have been a major problem (I take 5 180’s a day).
Another pharmacy delivered a three month supply in a week, and has been good for the last six months or so. Their supplier is Alvogen (New Jersey, says made in USA).

The VA gives you whatever is cheaper, usually GENERIC which don’t work well.

Walgreens in my aerea could no= longer get it as the supplier was out. I called HyVee, CVS, Greenwood, UIHC pharmacies and none of them could get it from their suppliers. I found it was available at Walmart for a few months, then they could not longer get it either. I was without it for 28 days, and Walmart was able to get it again. My insurance will only allow a 30 day supply. I am hoping the shortage is over! Hopefully a Walmart near you can get it. Good luck!

Sometimes Walmart. If not try Pricepro pharmacy online.

Have you tried mailordermeds.com out of Canada for the 180SR Mestinon. The Phone # 1-888-727-0726. They will ship it to you, they are very professional and trust worthy. Good luck.

I have been using the 180 Mg tablets for 6 or 7 years. I get them from Canada at http://www.onlinepharmicies.com and they are easy to work with and reasonable in price vs the US and getting ripped off by the pharmacies here in the US. Turn out that the manufacturer of the drug is in Canada and also the inventor of the drug. Get your doctor to fax them a prescription. They only take American Express but they can also do a direct withdrawal from your bank account. Shipping is slow because of the Canadian and US postal service. Will take about 3 weeks to get the drugs.

Before I went from the 60 to the 180’s I would look into price. I am now paying $404. a month for the 180″s and I am going to have to switch back because of the costs.

You don’t say where you are or dosage. Right now CVS via GoodRx has 180 ER for $276. That is 90 days for me.

Have you tried the Canadian pharmacies? I paid $194 for a 90 day supply. I still waiting to receive them due to the Canadian Postal Service strike.

CVS Caremark, mail order has been very reliable! I had issues about 9 months ago but no delays since!
