    We all have goals for ourselves and things that we want to improve on. 

    Whether that is eating more veggies, exercising more, or simply taking more breaks during the day. I could definitely try to limit my screen time and spend more time outdoors.

    What is that one thing that you know you should be doing more of?

    I am doing everything possible to eliminate any foods that are known as causing inflammation.

    I walk 5 to six mile per day and I have been WFPB for a number of years however over the last six months I have leaned more like a “Junk Food Vegan”.

    I have Ocular MG and I have had a bad flare us starting early June. I have since started on the AIP (Autoimmune Protocol ) Diet. I am hoping this change will help lessen my daily symptoms.

    I am not taking any medication for MG and I pray I never have to.
