I’ve been traveling only in the us. And I’ve been seeing friends and family for the last year
Before I pack i research the best hospitals for mg and best neurologist I also take go file with kits of mg info in case I need it

It got in the way as I swallowed.i coughed a few times and one eyelid drooped. Something was going on so we got in the car and drove to the er. They ruled out a stroke. Did lots of tests and had a neurologist examine me. No diagnosis but told to follow up with a neurologist
Things didn’t get better and during a zoom meeting with my family doctor he said all my symptoms sounded like mg. He did a series of blood tests and yes it was as mg It only took a few weeks to get the diagnosis so I feel I was lucky

MemberJanuary 12, 2022 at 10:52 pm in reply to: Anybody experience swelling in the legs?I’m on prednisone and both ankles and feet have swelled. Bad at days end but better on waking. Part of it is water retention so I watch my sodium intake. I’m down to 17.5 mg a day and dropping.
