I would like to try out a support group, however there is not one within 100 miles of my location. Rare disease, therefore scattered special people that have a need. But do not be concened God is in control.

I have found that a medical alert necklace with the engraving of my conditions works best for me. Just my 2 Cents worth. Hope all are having a great day>

Brain fog, it makes what little brain I have left hard to use. Most days in the afternoon, some days worse than others. I can hardly write with a pen/pencil because of the fog and shakes. Signing a document is very difficult. Trying to concentrate and type today is also difficult between the fog and shakes.

I drive a Suaru Forester SUV gets 28 MPG in and around our town. Last one was still going strong after 200,000 + miles when I sold it to my mechanic. Maintence cost was very low and it was easy access for me. Good hunting and God bless.

I would use most days as a warrior. I have to fight most days to get up off my butt and accomplish something. Every small task is a victory of that battle. I know I need to focus on the big picture but it takes small victories to win the war. I have fought with depression for most of my adult life and with addition of gMG it makes it hard to tell which one is in control each day. Good luck to all in your war on gMG.

Remember this is a snowflake disease, therefore the word it describe me changes frequently.

I agree that is a great answer, in the mean time I wish they would find some way to self administer something at home.

I have had three all Pfizer, with little to no reaction.

    I haven’t suspended my Immuran, should I?

I am debating the 4th shot, however if I do decide to get it, I think I will get the Evusheld.

I take one at bed time and 1 one in the morning. Have been doing so for 5+ years.

  • I have great understanding from the family and they let me do the house chores that I can do.ย  When I was first diagnosed the family, with help of some articles i collected for the interned on systems of the @#%$@$%#^ย  mg told me to let them know if I felt that I couldn’t do a task and they would take care of it anytime.

However my church family either forgets or ignores my Mg the treat me the same as if I were normal.ย  with two exceptions the pastor and one of the deacons.ย  I think they took the time to educate themselves, so how do you educate them if their not “interested” I don’t know.

My conclusion in my personal case is: I they care enough for me, they will search the available data and educate themselves.

Sorry for the down side of my situation but that is how I feel with my experiences since I have had Mg
