Started off with ocular and graduated to gmg, on mestinon which worked very well for the ocular issue, am still on low dose of mestinon along with IVIG and imuran, doing ok but fatigue and weakness a huge issue with me. Good luck and be well

My first sign was a frozen left eye, my left eye would not move at all, I saw several eye specialists, nuclear specialists in vain, I went through several tests and nothing was found, finally my optometrist suggested I see a neurologist which I did and had the antibody blood test and was then diagnosed.

Mestinon gave unbearable leg cramps when I used it overnight

sorry that you have been unable to have your neurologist properly treat you, my suggestion is find another neurologist, if the anti body test came back positive and your current neurologist did nothing, dump him and find another neurologist

I take low doses of quinine for the cramps, typically tonic water with quinine has helped me control cramps drinking tonic water in place of water has helped me
